Cali Moritz (she/her) Is a queer artist from the Southern United States who works primarily in drawing, painting, and printmaking. She received her M.F.A. in Painting from The Savannah College of Art & Design where she also studied Printmaking and Sequential Art. She received her B.F.A. in Studio Art with minors in Photography and Creative Writing from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Moritz works from a place of history, cultural criticism, and popular media as it intersects with queerness.
She currently works as a freelance illustrator and instructor at UA Little Rock and Columbia College Chicago. In her free time she works as an art editor and designer on indie charity publications.
